Garlic Herb Turkey or Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich

Garlic Herb Turkey Sandwich – 7pts.:
1 serving Arnold's Sandwich Thins - Multigrain
1 pkg. Carl Buddig Turkey
1 serving Borden's Singles Sensations Cheese - Applewood Bacon Cheddar
1 1oz. container Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning (Salt-Free version)


Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich – 7pts.:
1 serving Arnold's Sandwich Thins - Multigrain
1 pkg. Carl Buddig Chicken
1 serving Borden's Singles Sensations Cheese - Sundried Tomato Basil
1 1oz. container Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning (Salt-Free version)

Directions for either sandwich:
1. Toast Arnold's Sandwich Thins bread. Split the two pieces in half if you want the inside of your bread toasted, but otherwise, just leave as one piece when you take it out of the bag, if you want only the outside of the bread toasted, and toast to your liking.

2. Microwave the 1oz. container of WW Cream Cheese Spread for about 15 to 20 seconds, to get it soft enough to add the Mrs. Dash seasoning of your choice. Sprinkle the seasoning into the pre-measured serving cup of WW Cream Cheese, and stir. I had to use a butter knife to stir, since that was the only thing small enough to get in the container. Spread mixture on inside of top bun. Lay bottom half of bun down and add cheese slice of choice (I tore it into 2 or 3 pieces), then add meat of choice, and top with the top bun. Microwave very short time, until cheese is melted to your liking, and enjoy :).
